Q. Do I Have to Pay for Reserving?
A. No, it is free of cost. All you have to do is enter your email and phone number to make the reservation.

Q. What Will Clevisco do with My Information (Email & Phone Number)?
A. We will use it only to notify you via WhatsApp or email about when your stock will be ready and provide further information about the order. Clevisco handles all emails and phone numbers according to our No Spam Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service.

Q. How does it work?
A. Potential buyers register their interest in the product. Once the product is ready, a notification or email will be sent to advise that the item is ready for purchase.

Q. How long will the Product be available for purchase after launch?
A. Stock will be reserved for customers for 48 hours after it has been made available. Customers can choose if they wish to make the purchase or skip it.

Q. Can I buy the Product after 48 hours from launch?
A. Yes, you can, but the launch price will not be available.

Q. Do I get 30 days returns?
A. Yes, all Clevisco customers get the standard Clevisco benefits, including 30 days returns.
