Q.When will my order get delivered?
A: Orders placed before 2 PM, depending on the warehouse location, will be delivered the next day. Orders placed after these times will be delivered within 1-2 business days. For instance, an order placed on Sunday before 2 PM will be delivered on Monday, and if after 2 PM, it will be delivered on Tuesday. Please note, our delivery window is between 10 AM and 6 PM. Remote locations will take longer to deliver.
Q. Can I pick up my order?
A. Yes. Please allow 12-24 hours for orders to be ready for pick up. You will receive a notification when the order is ready. 50 AED extra will be charged for installation per product.
