Registration
For products purchased through Amazon, Noon, or other non-Clevisco platforms, customers must register below within three days of purchase to be eligible for the standard 2-year warranty. Customers purchasing from Clevisco are automatically enrolled in warranty and do not require to fill this form
1. Standard Warranty Coverage (2 Years)
Clevisco Protect provides a standard 2-year warranty on all products purchased directly from Clevisco or authorized resellers, covering manufacturer defects.
This warranty covers only proven manufacturing defects. It does not cover any damage caused by misuse, accidents, alterations, or normal wear and tear.
The customer is responsible for shipping the defective product to the Clevisco Service Center. Clevisco will cover the cost of providing the replacement product and the shipping cost to return the replacement product to the customer.
2. Extended Warranty Coverage (1 Additional Year)
After the initial 2-year standard warranty, customers have the option to purchase an extended 1-year limited warranty.
The extended warranty provides limited coverage for major components or repairs. It does not offer full coverage like the standard 2-year warranty.
The extended warranty must be purchased during the standard 2-year warranty period. If the customer did not register the standard warranty within three days of purchase, they may purchase the extended warranty from Clevisco separately.
3. Warranty Exclusions
The following conditions are not covered under Clevisco’s warranty policy:
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized alterations.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Products not used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Damage due to environmental factors (e.g., moisture, heat).
- Consumable parts such as batteries, unless damage is due to a manufacturing defect.
4. Warranty Claim Process
Claim Process: To claim the warranty, customers must contact Clevisco using any of the channels available on our Support Page. The customer only needs to provide their order number, email address, name, and phone number. Proof of purchase is not required if these details are provided.
Claim Evaluation: All warranty claims will be evaluated by a certified Clevisco personnel. The engineer has the final authority to accept or reject a return or warranty claim based on the assessment of the defect.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs to send the defective product to Clevisco. Clevisco will cover the shipping costs for the return of the replacement product.
Proper Use: Customers must use the product according to the instructions provided by Clevisco to ensure the validity of the warranty.
6. Legal Compliance
This warranty policy complies with the consumer protection laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates. Customers' statutory rights are not affected by this warranty.
